Laminator - LMCL1360
The LMCL1360 laminator fills your
lamination needs, providing high quality results with both thermal and
pressure sensitive lamination over a large range of widths. This
versatile laminator will transform digital
images, photographs, maps and other materials into profitable and
resilient signage.
Easy to operate, the user can switch from pressure sensitive lamination to
thermal lamination in around 10 minutes. This
machine provides the user with a range of options at an
affordable price. With opening rollers
allowing items up to 13mm (1/2“) thick to be laminated, creation of board
mounted signs has never been easier.
Virtually maintenance free, the Triseal come in sizes of up to 1350mm
(54“) and carries a 3 year parts warranty.

Detachable upper heater bar
allows easy maintenance
and cleaning, and double sided thermal laminating.
Can be converted and ready within minutes by simply
attaching and plugging in the heater bar.

Fixed lower heater bar
used for simultaneously applying
thermal on the underneath and pressure sensitive films
on the top of items, to make self adhesive signs, posters
and labels (or vice versa). |

Covered Footswitch
allows greater control and accuracy when feeding long and wide items, by
having both hands available to control the item. |

Single Thermostat
even temperature regardless of whether upper heater bar is attached or
detached. |

EPDM Hard Rubber Rollers
ground and polished rollers for a high quality
finish. Resistant to tearing, solvents and heat. |

Wind-Off System
To
remove and rewind the backing paper from pressure sensitive film, and to
wind thermally laminated items onto a cardboard core, to prevent damage. |

Precision Feed Table
allows for precise laminating of long, wide items by
using an adjustable guide, preventing costly waste and damage caused
through miss-feeding. |

Opening Rollers
The creation of
self adhesive substrates up to 13mm, and board mounting of posters,
signs and displays is possible with this option. |
